A Safe, Comfortable Space
Ronald McDonald House Charities® South Central Ontario operates a new Ronald McDonald Family Room located on the fourth floor of the Marotta Family Hospital in St. Catharines. This room is places where families can go to grab a coffee or a bite to eat or relax and experience a sense of normalcy without having to leave their child in hospital.
Anyone with a child being treated at Marotta Family Hospital is invited to use the Family Room, along with siblings and other family members.
The room is equipped with complimentary snacks and refreshments as well as a kitchenette, dining area and laundry facilities. It also includes a cozy sitting areas with television and fireplace, and a space for computer access with internet. We also offer various programming including crafts, books, and toys for children.
